Screen Printed Neck tag prints are for high volume quantity runs where price per print is of concern, Product time is quicker and the price point is a bit lower then the other options.
Drawbacks:
Clarity the neck tag prints will not have as clear of a print, especially on a black garment . Font size is key to making sure the text is legible. The screen print neck tag prints can only be in one color. There is a set up fee that includes the film output and screen charges.
There is a re setup fee for each order as well.
Benefits:
Clarity on these tags is much better and font size can be smaller. Which provides you to get more marketing content in a smaller space. One time set up fee, and its lower cost over all. Lower volume orders are easier to accomplish.
Drawbacks:
Production time is longer, so you need to plan accordingly if you wish to have neck tag prints for a specific event.
Benefits:
You can really match your brand and or shirt design with multi colored transfer neck tag prints. it will really set you apart from others to have a neck tag that matches the design, tour of event. One time set up fee and reorders there is no set up fee.
Drawbacks:
As mentioned above, production time is much longer. The cost per neck tag will have an increased price per tag and application fee. but there is no reset up fees.
